I like the grace of the old design trams over these modern, over-sized "big square box" trams, so out of scale and lacking in character-- plus, I like a bit of bounce when I ride a tram. In Vienna in 2004, I fell in love with some of the "middle" cars that had wooden trim. I wonder if there are any of those nostalgic gems still in service.
