well its probably not garrysmod if anything hl2 engine. Garrysmod doesnt give that much of ability and interaction such as citizens mouth's moving while talking

the motions are used from other characters, such as when he drops the radio, its barney at the begginging of half life 2 dropping gordans crowbar and when he vaults the dumpster, alex jumping the rail!

so they could accually do this in game play

or they could have done this frame by frame.

Moving the ragdolls for each frame.
