Its funny how people accuse them of turning to "religion" when actually if you really have a personal relationship with God you would know it isn't about religion at all. Being religious isn't even a good thing. It's all about trusting and loving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Deegan knew there was a chance some people might not like it but he wasn't scared to share his faith and many lives have been forever changed because of it. I went through all that. I grew up believing it was all a bunch of BS. I had absolutely nothing and nobody to turn to, and it sucked. I got to talking to my friend who is a church-every-Sunday Christian, decided to go with him a few times just to give it a chance, and it has changed me. I know it sounds corny to people who are athiests, but I really feel like there's a presence now that wasn't there before.

If we should question our beliefs, why shouldn't you question your lack thereof?

I found this vid b/c watching the X games tonight reminded me that Jeremy Lusk is no longer with us. I'm so impressed by this...it weirds some people out I guess, but it just reminds me of what I know to be true...that I should die to myself and fully follow Christ. Great testimonies! Jeremy's death is just one way God can take what seems to be a horrible turn of events and use it to bring people to Christ. Christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship between you and the Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus. Just because you believe in Him doesn't mean you're saved, even the devil believes in Him. You have to have a relationship with Him, get to know Him through His Word as these guys mention.
