  • Dude if you want real results you need to treat food as an enemy. You have to put yourself in a place where you forget to eat and the only thing you eat is small with no flavor and little to no color. Split your workouts to two a day. The people that are physically beautiful at the age of 30 or better work hard at it. A better approach is to lose 1/2 lb a week and dont concern yourself with the body elite. You have already added 10 to 20 years to your life, now go out and enjoy it.

  • Maybe try pre-planning your meals for a while until you feel more on top of your diet. Write down everything that you are going to eat ahead of time. Hang in there.

  • Yea man that Yo Yo bug is eating away at me also bro!! I had to put my mind at ease and just collect my thoughts and put up my game face this week.. I feel like you at times that we know what to do but execution and dedication can sometimes be a little of a task. Let's do what we came to do man and get fit!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

  • Make some sort of change, or do something you hardly ever get a chance to do anymore to help you get back in that "Hyped" mode so to say, and look forward to hitting the gym hard and doing what you have to do, to end the yo-yo life.

  • I totally understood where you are coming from.. I have learned not to update on youtube so much, because it kinda puts the pressure of keeping up, when its really not needed.. loose at your own pace, but I always come here for motivation.. I just learned that in order for me to be consistent with weightloss I must exercise everyday, Not 3 times, a week or 4 but 7 days.. And on the days when I dont want to really walk as much i lift weights lol well 10lbs lol .. But your doing great luv

  • @AfroSunkist Interesting. But I promised myself I'd post an update weekly this year and I want to stick with that even though I skipped 1 week. 7 days a week huh? That's a lot depending on what you do. Just being active is good. Thanks!

  • Well hey if its what your out to do then I think you should do it.. I recently started the 7 days thing and lost 7lbs and since I kinda noticed it worked hella good im going to stick to it.. I just walk 90 minutes , lift weights twice day , and do crunches twice a day... I think its the stress level your at, but once you clear your mind you will be better than ever, good luck ...
