  • i already knew that stuff before.

  • well, well, i guess you are just the "sweet little angel type aren't you?

  • @youcantbeascoolasme no i am just appreciating someone who's doing a good thing. so again, shut up.

  • Nice Sal.

  • *but

  • My dad showed me you and I am stuck up in a bad situation... I just got some new material and honestly I am pretty clueless. My notes help somewhat both otherwise, I'm roadkill. Can you please do closure, identity, inverse, communitive, associative and all those other properties?? If I don't get a good understanding on this I might end up failing math. And believe me... It is not my homework bringing me down. It's those darn tests!!

  • I just wanted to say thank you so much for doing this you are so great.

  • wow this video sux he said the most pointless things but well hes teaching and hes a good man for it

  • @betty05153 u don't know who he is???

  • @betty05153 you're too young fer a youtube missie

  • Mistake in voice over. At one point say "negative 3 + negative 2" when the problem adds two.

  • go sal :D

  • "deep mysterious things" lol! I love you XD

  • I hate to be the one to tell you that, if it were MY bank, I'd owe then $20 plus a $33.00 Overdraft charge. The overdraft is so expensive it's not worth owing them less than $100, and MY guess is they somehow found a way to increase the overdraft charge as the amount that you owe THEM increases.

  • I think it is absolutely amazing that this is free! Thank you to all who help and cared with and about this. Great opportunities like knowledge should be available to all people.

  • Numbers less than zero sound strange and abstract to me.

  • I can get to -1 degrees Kelvin

  • That's odd. MY bank made me pay an overdraft fee along w/ the money I already owed it.

And the overdraft fee was hell's own nightmare. Ridiculous to the point of being absurd.

I've never had that much luck w/ banks. The worst thing that happened to me in a bank was that 3 fools robbed it while I was inside trying to cash a check. Then wouldn't let us leave for seven hours.

  • My kids are probably at least -10 years old.

  • I was looking on your site and could not find the basics of "Supply and Demand" or "Price Elasticity Demand?" I'm sure its there I just can't find it.

Also I was looking for some information on the a Country's Reserves, or China reasoning for buying USA Treasury Bills (I understand it is better than holding Cash due to inflation) but then they lend exports to the point where the USA has a deficit. Could you explain these economics?

  • Although I would teach this as you did here, it may be worthwhile to show the student another approach, that of vectors. Positive numbers are vectors to the right, Negative numbers are vectors to the left and the absolute values of those vectors are their magnitude.

This will give them a leg up when you get to teaching analytic geometry, engineering applications, and non cartesian graphing.

  • @drfoxcourt please tell me that is just a bad joke...

  • @drfoxcourt

And would have utterly wasted the time of any student not pursuing mathematics past when it is compulsary, not to mention confused any students that only want to hear what is necessary to know.

  • ...I don't like the new pointer. Am I allowed to complain?

  • @darkdavegmail your daughter is less than 0? wow.

  • less than zero *gasp,

    Thats impossible !!!! :P
