You are in right when you say the outnumber, the BCU are more than ANI, but we have more n00bs, like bg with arrow <.<

I don't understand why only 1 or 2 forms come at attack SP or adv base, the ANI always stay in town and the high lvl try to win alone (I see than when I did the SP with Anima's account)...

Only this 1-2 high level form dont died at your biggest gate camp > flying patrol > SP camp.

Its really hard to find motivate in a situation like this, use a lot of time, kit etc for nothing.

And more a nation win, more it gain stuff and other advantage.
