tejbs im an expirienced promod player, i define myself as a "high" skill / pracc.

first off, if theres a distance between you and the enemy like in 0:27 try to pick him up with a deagle because SMG in that range is a bit useless.

second, dont throw random nades.

and third, practise alot :D

Watch proplayer phantasys promod tutorials instead /user/prodragon71 becuase you movement is really bad and dude, lower your graphics so you get more fps and lastly: if you want to record, open console and type /record and afterwards you can record the match with fraps by watching the demo that is being created in CoD4 Player
