it depends on what you want. the mace does the most damage but it is slow. the sword is fast but does less damage. and the axe is in the middle of that. i personally prefer a high damage mage. but it is just up to what you want to be. a barbaric overlord? take the mace. do you want to be a gentlelord? take the sword.

and technicly the 1st Overlord was not the 1st the last boss in the original game was the very 1st overlord, so maybe it is a right of pasage to kill the last one or something

What i don't understand is that the jester's behavior in overlord 2 is very respectful towards him while the jester on the first game is disrespectful and treacherous,either a new jester was asigned or the old jester keeps on low profile until the time comes.
