Well the first trick is a reversal of momentum, so why not simply call it a "reversal"?

The first one is like one I tried where one domino hinges around on another to make a sharp turn, but that your method probably works more consistently than mine. Nice! And for a name, I like backtwist and zig-zag, although I'd also suggest one-eighty-turn or three-point-turn or something like that.
