About your god making it tidy crap, couldn't god have simply made all organisms similar? Emotions do not come from mutations, nor are they from many clumped up nerve cells. Do you know what is in between the synapses of nerons? The Axon terminals, that's where feelings come from but not emotions. Emotions are psychological, feelings are what you are depicting as physical.
Also I think it would be helpful to you in the future if you learn how to refute logical fallacy's. I think a google search on the term will give you a comprehensive list of them. Also I would like to invite you to participate on the Richard Dawkins forum. There are a ton of like minded and really smart scientists and atheists there to ask questions and get logical answers. Not spam.

That makes no sense at all. Mutations are not like a arm being cut off because it doesn't change the DNA like a mutation does.
