dude ok i have 2 questions what year and how much is a dyno tune up or whatever and what does it do my buddies say when i get a new car i should get a dyno tune up but i dont know what the fuck it is im new to the ricer world:)
your mazdaspeed protege would be faster if you didn't redline it. maybe first gear, but not 2nd and up. do a dyno and find out where your powerband drops. that's where you should shift from 2nd gear and up. 1st gear is fine to redline.
for those who keep complaining about the guages, suck it up, its his car, IT IS an msp, if u pause at 20 seconds you will see the hood is orange! so if u cant suck it up then go suck something else
sounds like my nonturbo protege just faster. My car have that same shaky raspy sound when it goes near redline. So i guess its normal for the protege engine

They're not. They look like standard Protege gauges. My MSP has stock silver gauge faces.

there black because there gauges clusters were swapped for black ones. that is all. its a Spicy Orange MSP.

Your car sounds really nice i have a Mazda Speed Miata i would love to change out the exhaust and intake for a similar sound.
