Just to correct you I think your confusing Den Haag with Rotterdam, which lost his historical buildings in 1940. Den Haag was spared and the majority of the buildings are from as early the 16 century, where the parliament used to sit is even from as early as the 12 century:)

U can buy everything to grow weed, lamps, seeds, jong plants, ventilation systems etc. I use to grow and sell it to the coffeshops its illegal but that didnt stop me, 2000 gulden those days for everything u need and i got about 4 kilo's of weed from it.

Sadly the goverment want to end the whole scene, since the European union came and the euro everything go's down the crapper.

Studied here for a couple of years and loved it. A much quieter city, great historic or modern architecture, pretty little streets, canals, probably a bit more 'organised' than Amsterdam but a brilliant place. Will have to go back one day. Would like to live in Holland, great country.
