So I figured out that in table top figurine 18th century games you would actually have a moderator or facilitator. Their position was not to play the game. They made rules decisions and called for moves. Empire total war needs to have the option to have a facilitator or umpire that can call for moves. hmm, maybe some commentary from this guy would clue us in also.

You have to move to counter the lines coming at you. Even the european battle lines that mass your men against each other moved to counter move each enemy step, you see a unit moving to the flank you send a unit out to meet it and keep each other in check till you wittle them down with gunfire, cavalry or artillery, once enough units are broken you charge for some bloody hand to hand. Like medieval 2 where you let your archers and crossbowmen use up their ammo then go infantry first

It doesnt take time. Just plug in a mike to your pc and do it in windows media player. Takes 10 mins. Or, record live as you play by pressing record on the voice recorder, (programs, accessories), then add the recording over your fraps recording in windows movie maker. Check out my video, with commentary, of my sister playing rtw online.
