if anyone is still finding this hard this is what to do. if you die at any point, before he puts his hands on the mask quickly save and quit and restart from your checkpoint you were at and when your finished you get the achievement/trophy so you dont need to restart the whole mission again :D

Mine glitched out when it came to helicopters. My teammate with the strela didn't get killed all the ai were just sitting staring at the helicopters while the helicopters shot at them. I was free to run around but the next area was blocked off. Bullshit.

I did this on veteran and recruit, neither one gave me the trophy. I loaded it in the middle of the mission on veteran so I wasn't surprised I didn't get it there, but I went all the way through without stopping on recruit and no trophy? how have they not fixed this yet?

Hey, If You Die By The Helicopter Just Quit And Resume Game Then It'll Go 2mins Before The Helicopter Killed You And You Can Still Earn The Trophy By Just Playing The Rest . I Did It, Works 100%. Hope This Helps!!!

here's some advice: shooting to your allies will have you restart from the last checkpoint, but will not count as a death and your mask will be restored, so you should still be able to get the trophy (at least this worked for me)

@AdidasJake Only if you die by the suit breaking. So far as I know, any other deaths are OK. The suit has a lot of health but it doesn't regenerate. You have little health, but it regenerates.

If you save and quit game once you switch to the second part of the mission with the nova gas and then resume game, would you be able to die, force quit game(not mission). Then resume the mission and have it count towards no deaths?
