Because he's an idiot. He along with half the other viewers of this video can't take 5 secs to search google on how to get it. It came with the pre-order version of the game, and I've heard it can even be downloaded from the XboxLive Marketplace and the PSN store. @AnbuIce you dont have to preorder for the codes, you can buy a normal cust cause 2, or a limited edition one, the codes are not preorder only

The codes are pre-order only, but apparently far less people pre-ordered the game than expected - so game stores had a lot of extra copies with the codes in it. I didn't pre-order the game, but I still got the codes because they had so many extra. Either that or a manufacturing error... but the codes were originally intended for pre-orders only.

@MytHxFTW I think you may have to purchase it from the black market. I got the limited edition and all the content has to be purchased from the black market dealer. It's quite expensive when you play it like me, because I usually accidentally blow the vehicles up or use all the bullets on a general when I could just use the B.E.A.R I have explored most of the game and all I have found is the Happy Bubble Blaster, Mechanical shark and the Lost reference

When you pre-order you pay the same price as everyone else. The down payment is part of the regular price, not added on, and it's just to reserve yourself a copy. Some places even give you a rebate offer so in fact you pay less than the regular price.

If you pre-ordered the game you should have had a separate card with a code, not the Sqare Enix member's card.

You redeem that other code in the PSN store or the Xboxlive Marketplace.
