The picture that gets me is the one at the end of Jenni with her Mom. As a mother myself, I can't imagine losing my child nor do I ever want to know that pain. I hope that she can find some comfort in knowing that her daughter's story is reaching thousands of people, Jenni's selflessness and sacrifice for her baby will show others that they too can be brave and make good choices in the face of adversity.
As I write this comment my heart is breaking for her family, Jennifer was only on this earth for a short time but from what i can see she touched many of people and she left a wonderful gift to remember her by, she made her mark and for her to be only 17 she was brave, She is an Angel looking down on her son and all her family, God bless all of you. I have read Jenni Lake's story on one of the broadsheets here in the Philippines. I am sorry she passed away at an early age... not long enough for her to see and raise her son, Chad. Nevertheless, I'd like to thank her for the inspiration she just imparted on me as a woman. My deepest condolences to her family.
I think she looks prettiest without makeup holding her baby boy. Her love for her son makes her look more beautiful than all the dye, the makeup, and the nail polish. I just wish that she could have lived to see her son grow up.

I still had all his life before and preferred to have your child,
