wtf is with these strength-conditioning trainers giving boxing advice. rjj must be a very patient man. if mackie has only helped 3 fighters then i wouldn't rate that as a great success, especially when ur talking about guys like spinks and hopkins, who rely on awkwardness & boxing skills rather than power & strength. rjj same. he beat ruiz by boxing smarts & speed. not saying mackie is not effective, just trying to keep it real. you can't male a silk purse out of a sows ear.
