@r13neder13 I don't use it. Most sunscreen products contain a lot of unhealthy chemicals. It's best to get sunlight on our skin...that's how we absorb vitamin D. If you're going to be out in the sun for a long period of time, wear long sleeves and light weight clothes plus a hat to protect your skin from burning. If you build up color on your skin slowly over time, you'll be able to spend much more time in the sun without burning. Early morning sunlight is best for sunbathing. :0)
@r13neder13 Yes, I do yoga everyday. I would do whatever activity is fun for you. Take up a sport, dance, swim, cycle or just go for a walk. Anything to get your body moving and your blood pumping. If you do something you enjoy, you'll be more inclined to do it regularly. :0)
i just bought a blend of ground roasted/green coffee beans. although it's probably not advisable to eat the coffee beans raw, the green/roasted bean mixture w/out any milk and sugar is quite healthy. good for weight loss and antioxidants

thanks for the tips, I'm going to water fast for a while then start fresh with the 80/10/10 lifestyle after. Gives me time to finish reading the book about it too :D One question though, can i still drink teas such as green tea or black tea in moderation with water? or should i just stick to only water?
That's a great way to begin your 80/10/10 diet, after a water fast.
Green and black teas are stimulants, even if they're decaf. I would stick to water only, especially after a water fast. You're going to have so much energy and vitality, you won't need them. :o)
Nice channel. I like the coffee sign on your counter while talking about raw foods, haha. Don't worry though, I have a coffee themed T-shirt and a Coffee-Hound fridge magnet - just found the scenario amusing ;-))
@Marcoosianism Thank you. I know it's pretty funny, the coffee sign. My husband used to be a coffee fanatic until it made him sick. Now the only thing he loves about coffee are his signs. :o)
The only veggies that go well with fruit, are mainly leafy greens like lettuce and spinach. Cucumber and celery go well with fruit also. However, citrus fruits go well with most vegetables as well as a small amount of avocado, nuts and seeds.

Thank you for your reply. Just one more question. Do you use sun tan lotion? Or is it not necessary?

Hi. Do you work out to keep your muscle weight up? If so, do you have any work out suggestions for starting out?
