The most rarest and best armor and other stuff are Daedric artifacts and Perfect Nightmare (Enchanted Madness armor, but in this case enchanted Perfect Madness armor or stuff).

It's not rare at all. I got the set about 10 times in one game, but I stopped because I got bored. If you had to pick the rarest armor, Imperial Dragon Armor would be the way to go. You can only get one set in the entire game.

I find this one of the most addictive games. Ya pity about the haters, you enjoy collecting the armor anyways so fuck em, not the rarest but to be fair it does take some time and you have to complete a few challenging missions before reaching that realm so its not the easiest either. Getting the COMPLETE set of ENCHANTED versions of the madness and amber armor is much more challenging having to root through caves to find each particular mould but so much better with increased speed, power etc

The rarest armor in the Oblivion is Pit Armor. It is a Light Armor and it's sort of orange, brown and gold. It is suitable for Scouts. It never made it to Oblivion and it was intended to be involved with the Arena. THAT is the most rare armor. You can find it at Testinghall cause every single object is there even if it didn't exist.

The point is that with Master Light/Heavy armor skill and crapy armor you get 100 point in armor value. Only difference is the durability of the armor pieces, but the total armor value cant exceed 100 points.

This is total shit. Amber is easy as hell to get in The Shivering Isles DLC. If you don't have it don't get it for this armor - it's weak as shit just level up to at least 20, go kill some marauders... and boom. You have full Daedric - the best armor in the game.

@phones the add on disk only have knights of the nine add-on and shivering isles add-on. You NEED the actual oblivion game to play. Btw, it will take a while for the shiverig isles quest to appear, and same goes for knights of the nine. You need to talk to people to learn about the knights of the nine quest, but the shivering isle quest will just randomly appear on-screen. Hope this helped :)))

@MrOblivion12345 It's base name is Amber, it has a prefix depending on the lvl you have it crafted for you (higher lvls = higher quality) being the highest quality Perfect Amber armor.

And it's shitty compared to deadric if your heavy armor skill is higher than light. If they're the same lvl it'll be either the same defence or higher than deadric. Plus, unlike deadric, it's hell easy to get.

Once you get higher lvl, I'm maxed at 51 for example, it isn't very rare, maybe uncommon (if you go to the right places).

And the knights of the nine armor (I assume that's the one you're talking about) isn't dropped by monsters. If you want to get it you have to kill the knights yourself (and it probably counts as murder).

Of course, you could always ask them to follow you and get them killed.
