  • wow good for you. I just wish these obese women in huge numbers in the midwest and south would do what it takes to be fit. I am 55 year old male who is fit at 12 % fat and slim 150 lbs but to think I could find a fit women ha! thats like finding a needle in the haystack..

  • you got to be the model because your physique is INCREDIBLE!

  • Great work Ladies!! Keep Up the good work.

Check Out my page - February is going to be King Crunch Women's workout Month!!!!

  • holy hell.

  • @xenalara thanks!!

  • this is gross to watch

  • @MahDeFuddi Gross? She's performing extremely well and using her body rather than letting it go to waste like every other girl in the world. I think she's beautifully fit and amazing. I'd go for a woman that actually moves and show she's a alive any day over the out of shape fragile women who don't realize what potential they have.

  • I love all your videos!! I hope you will share more soon!!! Keep up the inspiring and unique workouts!!! You rock!!!

  • can you get a physique like that wiht just the trx?

im in shape but i dont have defined muscles and when i had it was because i lifted weights. (and i hated them")

  • Well done!! Inspire!

  • I'm a middle aged mom and thought I was in pretty good shape until I found you here on the tube! I also attempted some TRX things you do on another video and let's just say I have a LONG WAY TO GO! Very inspiring!

  • Doing great thanks

  • Awesome use of the TRX. Perfect form. However, I was way distressed with your kettlebell form. No offense intended -- you are strong and need to work with heavier kettlebell weight and better form -- you fling the thing around like a kleenex. It should be harder and demand that you subscribe to better technique. You rock.

  • Thanks for your compliments. Yes, you're absolutely right. Didn't know if you heard at the beginning of the video when I said that this was the only kettlebell i could lug down to the track! I usually use much heavier weight when working out in my studio. I also have 2 herniated discs that I am very cautious and protective of, so heavier weight is not always the best thing for my back on a given day. I really do appreciate your feedback. The whole "fling it like a kleenex" made me giggle! :-)

  • Girl great inspiration!!

  • That's my trainer!!!!!
