I played that game, and it's that in the end of the game, Hohemheim maked Ed turn into a homunculus Pride. Roy and Al died cause they protected Ed from Envy who was trying to kill ed. After that Pride (Ed) doesn't remember anything about his past! I JUST LOVE THE IDEA AND STORY! (thanks for uploading this and sorry for my bad english) :D
