@dudemantwo It's so hard to tell because Boeing has been building them since 1964, and stopped production in 1984. I first flew on a b727 in 1988 and the thing looked like something out of an Austin Powers movie. it had all these ugly earth color stripes inside typical of 1970's decor. They don't use 727 for passenger flights anymore, only cargo.

Iran is an aviation enthusiast's paradise - all those classic B727s, B747-100/200s etc. And of course the Saha Air B707s!

I'm hoping to get a visa for Iran so I can visit and fly on some of these wonderful machines in May.
