Eh for the build you were going you should've up'ed the the 3rd racks' earlier... Also I don't suggest going for up grades next time you use this build i suggest you build a 4th racks to pump out as many marines as possible... Next time dont build refinery cause its supposed to be an early game... But good transition :D
