Why is there so much controversy over this? I believe in God also, and while I agree the content is edgy it's not a big deal. Sam Kinison, who was a retired pastor, did a lot of this type of material in the 80's and 90's and I don't see a lot of flaming over that. If it's too edgy for you to laugh about then dont. All of CKL's material pushes the limits but that's what makes it so good imo.

@shanadz1 You do have a point there. I've always laughed at LCK's material before. I think he is a brilliant man... but I just couldn't laugh at this one. Not necessarily because I am a religious person (which I'm not all too religious if you ask me) but because religion is a very sensitive topic. I appreciate the humor, but I could not laugh.

I am 99.99% certain that there is no religious god, I can not be 100% certain because it's impossible to prove it. All good atheists know that. Agnostic means you aren't sure whether there is or there isn't a god, basically 50/50. So, no, not every smart human being is agnostic- they're atheist :)

There can't be certainty when it comes to disproving god, an atheist is as close as you can rationally get to being certain there isnt a god. Richard Dawkins, probably the most famous atheist also holds defines atheism like this. It's rational atheism...

That you cite Richard Dawkins as a viable representative of the subject shows that you are relatively new to the debate. No offence intended, but he is merely a pop biologist, and certainly not a 'go-to' man on questions of belief. His science is sound, but he is a terrible representative of the atheist cause.

@Jabhill26 I wouldn't say every smart person is an atheist, but I would definitely say that smart people are more likely to be atheists. You only believe whatever religion you believe in because you were raised to believe that way, and because you trust books or manuscripts simply because of their antiquity. Atheists, on the other hand, use logic and critical thinking to deduce that it is unnecessary for a divine intelligence to exist, and rather than antiquity, we look to modern texts.
