I recently ordered a new pc unit so I could play games like this, im still using my radeon 9550 but the new unit will have an nvidia geforce 8800gtx. Supposedly it's good and exceeds the specs for this but will this play really smooth with no lag with a card like that?

get a 512mb 8800gts, thats the "512mb" they have this stupid naming scheme, but that model is cheaper and performs the same as the 8800gtx stay away from the 640mb and 320mb models its specicifly the 512mb version, i would explain why its the better choice but the character count is not big enough, oh and for a mmorpg raw cpu power is more important so you get the much much cheaper 8800gs and still be happy with rohan and every other game out there thats not crysis

Not to start anything, but just noting that this game is going to be a free game. There have been other free games with a nice quality to them. So on the Free MMORPG's this one's got a lot to offer I'd say. Maybe they'll open a cash shop a month later or something, like most of them do. :P

ok but, think about this, SOTNW: Granado espada its F2P, and u can find some free servers of L2 on the web, and get the same fun. i know that all free online games are god, no maters whats, but if u are going to play any game, u must select the best u can. its about likes, i like more GE, y like more this one ;)

PD: i dont like too many mmorpg, even if they are f2p, why? cause they look exactly like Lineage.... there its where sword of the new world: Granado espada, make the diference ^^

I see. That's a good point of view really. I've never tried SOTNW: GE but I've been waiting to do so, I try games one at a time XDD. I don't see how L2 could be classified as a F2P because of the private servers. RO for example also has many private servers, as so do quite a few more games, even WoW. But I don't like many Retail games, they ask for too much sometimes ;P

I agree with not liking too many MMORPG's, I like MMORPGs but I'm picky when it comes to originality.
