Most definitely I want to buy an Epiphone EJ200 or Epiphone Hummingbird as a learning/practicing guitar. When I master that to the point the strings are worn with dirt and corrosion. My time with it is through, I'm going to a Gibson J200 for life. Start with an Epiphone, finalize it with a Gibson.

Hey, What's the difference between EJ-200 and EJ-200CE? Does it have different quality of sounds?

@Xen0r24 The differences are that the CE has a cutaway so you can reach the higher frets easier. It also has built in preamp so you could plug it in...i think.

@Xen0r24 Nope, no plug in on this guitar. Quaity of sound should be exactly the same. only difference in the guitar itself is the cutaway of the CE model.

Got an EJ200CE a month ago......awesome guitar both unpluggede...and the two blendable pickups are to die for......Epiphone is really living up to Mother Gibson...

Lovely playing and I must say a very pretty guitar, I have been looking forward to buying one for years put always put it off, and use what I already have, always wanted the blonde version but after seeing yours in such quality, I am starting to change my mind!

@Devonborn - the blonde color is the same as natural right..

@yipkiyay0 - As far as i know, there are 3 colors: Vintage sunburst, Black and Natural. So blonde should be the natural one, as in no paint at all :)

But what kept me from buying it is for what this guitar cost they could have made it a solid top and it would have sounded Great. All other Guitar makers at this price have solid tops shame on Epiphone they should lowere the price or make it solid top.
