Look's like a lager that would be sweat from the %. I tryed a strawberry lemonade blast and reviewed it on my channel. Our regular 10% beer's here come in 16oz cans:Crest Super(UK) & fax extra Strong(Danish) but few yrs back i did find a chocolate beer from NY that was 11.2oz 10% and you couldnt tell at all. I used to like crest super and fax but now I can pick up all the boose and sweatness I dunno if id drink em again. cheer's and there like 3 something a can 3.15 mabye
I had the same reaction as you when I tried this for the first time. The taste catches you off guard because it isn't as bad as you would expect for a 10% high gravity (Camo products.) Usually anything over 8.5% ABV is a labor of love, but this breaks the mold. My first taste reminded me of a mild barley wine with a caramel finish. I hope this becomes available in Northern California as I purchased mine in Albuquerque, NM. I always enjoy your vids and look forward to the next one.
@troobie Good points - I often "over rate" these because when you expect the worst and get something that's marginally ok you tend to exagerate the quality. Thanks for watching and be on the lookout for my next vid on Colt 45 "Blast".
I guess I just don't like any of these new high ABV malts much. DogBite definitely isn't the worst though. Oddly enough, my favorite so far has been the Camo Black Extra 12.2%. I've actually purchased it a couple of times now, and dare I say 'enjoyed' it. Good review :tu Keep em comin.
I can't argue with you on that - I've been slackin' bad. Thanks for watching and for the suggestion.
