  • WAy to much for this controller, not to many features, and there are tons of controllers with way more features for a lot less.

  • What a dope controller. Big up broskie.

  • Cant help thinking I'd rather just listen to the record without all the wiggly wonkly bits that he's doing with his box of tricks

  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I whant this intrument

  • What program do you use?

  • A little pricey but maybe if I work for a hit man for four years rob three banks and sell my house than maybe I could afford it

  • you guys don't understand that this guy makes a living from USING this controller exclusively. Its worth every penny for him

  • just buy the midi fighter pro its much cheaper and basically has the same idea :D

  • Very cool controller. Any chance you'd make a guide & schematics available for the DIY folks out there that a) didn't have $1800, and b) weren't lucky enough to grab one?

  • A new cdj2000 is what...like $2k? You kids whining about cost just stick with your oxygen 8...you get what you pay for with audio gear.

  • @AwakeAudio So true

  • @AwakeAudio thank you, id like to see anyone of these haters build there own prototype then have it patented let alone manufactured. its hard to do start up by yourself, and in the beginning you have to charge out the ass because your not getting a wholesale price on parts.

  • @himsaad714 its not about hating, its about affordability, usability, functions and price, its not the consumers fault that it cost you to much to resale at the price you would like.

  • this would be a beast for dubstep :))

  • Nice!

  • Very very nice! If I owned a company that produced midi controllers, i'd hire you in a second. Unfortunately, I'm not quite that successful yet, but expect to hear from me in 3-5 years :)

  • its expensive cuz its not mass produced. but yeah at least this inspired me to look into building my own

  • Every time he says "dominate the multiverse" I want to punch him. Sure, he's built some cool shit, but he still sounds like a cunt.

  • Moldover you know what iut would be really great? A controllerism control that you can buy without having deep pockets! That said you rule man, keep it up!

  • @DrOktopuzZz any control can be a controllerism control, guy. Even a keyboard. You just have to figure out what your comfortable with. My Behringer for ~$200 wasn't a bad starting point.

  • An awsome example of good design.

But I guess this is luxury stuff. The ones who should be using it cannot afford it (me, for example)

May be some music schools should consider buying a pair of theese to help children understand music

  • This is a really nice controler

i hope you sell so you can get an hair cut

because the 90's are over mate

  • this dude is mainstreaming.. really.. 1800 usd for this? overpriced. just go fetch 3 or 4 akai apd40

sorry, not hate, just "controling" realism here.

  • I don't know which chinese dollar store you shop at, but $1800 for something this custom and well-made is a bargain. Sure, you can buy 3-4 APC40's but this monster is all about comfort and not about transferring the exact layout into physical form. Besides, arcade buttons and touch sensors are WAY better than those shit rubberized buttons and shitty plastic knobs. Why would you buy a fleet of BMW's when you could get a Rolls Royce?

  • @RionNipal

    very well said....

  • Holy Damn. I have a new dream.

  • MOJO is one cranky piece of MIDI tech, so awesome, although designed by moldover who uses his controllerism technique, the ergonomic styling and arragement of buttons, fades, sliders etc could be used by anyone with any dj/production software as long as you know what you wanna map for your set up. And to be quite honest thats not expensive in the scheme of things, just go and look at some price of competitive dj eqiupment.

  • how the hell as this only had 8500 views....

  • wow! you are a damn genius! This is Awsome!

  • Awesome!

  • 1799!? i really want one of these but i don't have money like that!

  • Then you cannot buy one.

  • SICK its got ergonomic arcade buttons ....... super sensitive touch strips ...alll that and a bag of chips and only one chord jackin out the back ....... DUDE U are a LEGEND ...novation aint got shit on u ..........

  • There is no limit to how awesome this man is.

  • cool

  • very nice dood!

  • - USB bus powered electronics by Hale Micro

    - Class-compliant USB device (no driver to install)

    - Free copy of Moldover's self-titled album included

    - Will totally get you laid

    - Dimensions: 11.5" x 18" x 4", 7.5lbs

  • show us a teardown :-)

  • fantastic would that come with a configuration where I could play live with my own music, or do I need to download the controllerism pack

  • you would probably need to map it yourself. for 1799 I wouldn't buy SHIT for it except maybe a case with wheels on it

  • serious $1799??

  • Enhorabuena amigo.

  • the high price is probably because of the boutique quantities being sold. cool stuff, hope it does well. but for that much i'll wait for a multitouch pressure sensitive tactile feedback surface...

  • It's a cool controller for sure, and looks good, but for the price? hell nah. Not even at half that price.

  • Yeah dude I think it rocks, I want one.

  • Fuck yes!

  • Looks really cool, you might consider offering a discounted version that the customer assembles like they do with the midi fighter

  • Very creative, but $1799 is way to much for a glorified midi controller. Sorry :(

  • @dante666diaz well i dont think he made it to sell it. he made it for himself, but hes ready to give them away at a hifh price aswell. besides i have a feeling that those are handmade, which obviously answers the question of why its so expensive. the idea of having a unique controller made by hand kind is supeer cool.

  • Really awesome moldover taking it to the next level.

  • Looks pretty damn nice, but the website link won't work.

  • @gaaratoast the parentheses at the end of the link isnt supposed to be part of the URL, just copy and paste the link.

  • yeah, but if you are not using ableton - will this thingy be of any use?

  • Comment removed

  • Considering MIDI was invented about 30 years before Abelton I'd say the answer is yes, it will be of use.

  • it's midi, it'll work with everything

  • be aware about Chinese piracy !!! thay will copy the MOJO an sell for cheap!!

  • Brand new much quality, get your 100% authentic MOJA today!

  • BE AWARE?!?! I'm buying the chinese knock off as soon as it comes out

  • very nice, when i first saw your videos a long time ago i thought id design my own controller and my design looks a lot like the mojo, funny that.

its awesome you are selling them

  • helllls yeah!

  • pretty cool i like my table tho but this is the future!

  • looks awesome dude. real functional
