Lol didn't u understand what he said ? Its the simplest metod in windows account hacking . It goes like this : Go to Run , cmd , then u tipe "net user"( no caps) then u type "net user owner *" for example , if u only have one owner , for multiple owners , do same thing he did so u get the deserved thing.Also u can enter safe mode and do that if u want , it works ;)
