Traditional wok user. Food is coming off the edges because the wok is tiny. In my experience, sadly many modern-design woks just don't measure up to the traditional ones. They end up hampering the freedom and speed required for the stir-frying technique.
Traditional woks are still the easiest to work with, but are somewhat PITA to wash.
why all these great ideas have to hava tele-shopping-like crappy advertising, like every human on the planet is so deeply troubled or disabled that they throw out half of the content? I hate it and I loose desire to go further and study the product. It's the worst marketing practice of tele-shopping.
