  • I knew the drummer in this band-Alan Morley, he went on to play with Chicken Shack, last time I saw him in the 70's we went to see Savoy Brown and Dave Walker was the singer with them

  • I used to deliver sweets to a sweet salesman who played saxophone on this, his name is Mac Broadhurst, and he lives just outside Wolverhampton. He'd be dead chuffed to hear it!

  • Lead singer on here is Dave Walker who replaced Jeff Lynne in The Idle Race when Lynne went on to join The Move and form ELO. Dave ended up singing with Savoy Brown in the 1970's, and even replaced Ozzy Osbourne in Black Sabbath for a few weeks in late 1977/early 1978. BBC Midlands have footage of Walker singing 'Juniors Eyes' which appeared (with vocals by a returned Ozzy)on 'Never Say Die' in 1978.
