TS summys (dual) have flashier skills and their cosmos skills are awesome but...people say the TS summys suck at high lvls from lack of skills and damage...I just beat a 42 incar and 43 segita with my TS build so in my opinion... TWIN SWORD SUMMY FTW!!!

it depends, staff does more damage as a rule but staff summies have lower health (the opposite of the previous goes for TS summys). The Sword cosmos at 97 is better than the staff cosmo i believe and sword skills certainly take a shorter amount of time to cast (and less cd). Personally I believe twinswords are the best weapon for summoners.
