Ron Paul thinks like I do - no Gov't censorship of ANY kind. Neither smoking nor television. Gov't needs to get their hands out of EVERYTHING. Not just some things.

Ok, well I don't believe that smoking has been allowed in government buildings for decades, so your right to not be around smoking in a public place has been protected. Businesses are not public, they are privately owned. Meaning it should be up to the business owner and his/her customers to decide whether to allow smoking. If you don't want to be around it then take your business elsewhere.

BTW, I am not a republican or a smoker, I just don't support government bans in private places.

So I guess you against banning unsafe construction for workplaces too? It is private land after all. If people don't want to work or do business in an unsafe building they can go elsewhere, right?

BUT.. the business would have to post "building has unsafe construction" like they would have to post "smoking environment"

Watch how many people would go to their business with a sign like that!

If you see a sign that says "smoking establishment" and you still walk into that building. You can no longer claim to be a victim..

HOWEVER I do support making it so 17- can't get into these buildings.. so businesses like restaurants would pretty much HAVE to be nonsmokin

Not only that..he TOLD me to my FACE that he would NOT do this because he believed business owners and workers could make their own choice on how they would work. The whole time, I guess, he was working on this. WHAT a LIAR!!
