i have watched every relaxation video you have done for about 2 years bout im not keen on the spannish guitar riff. weird eh a session guitarist and a guitar is whats putting me off? lol anyway m8 another good video just wish i could get into the background sounds a little more

Thanks for your honesty. I actually take it as a compliment. I never thought my guitar playing sound a bit Spanish sounding. I don't listen to Spanish music nor have I ever tried to play it.

There actually are a lot of meditation videos on this site. That's what influenced me to start making my own a while back.
