  • 講得有點錯誤，這幅巨型壁畫創作於1508年5月至1512年1­0月期間，歷時長達4年多。畫面面積達14x38.5平方米，畫­題均取材於《聖經》的開頭部分中，有關開天闢地直到洪水方舟的故­事。

    另外完成這幅畫后米開朗基羅活了52年才逝世，畫完這幅天頂畫後­，在22年後(1534年），59歲的他又在同一地點，畫了一幅­《最後的審判》，這幅畫畫了7年完成（1534-1541）。

    可想米開朗基羅的創作力與精力，已經到了一種無法超越的地步。
