    I absolutely love your program. I have one question for you.

    Do you absolutely must sit when doing the forearm?

    Because It doesn't feel good to me when I rest my hand on my leg when lifting.

    I prefer standing and I never sat down when doing the biceps either.

  • if you want a good forearm workout just do a few sets of hammer curls of 30 reps then 2 min and if you have to rest hold the weights but dont ever let go then for 2 mins again i swear this is kickass

  • @TheMRamstaffI try not to focus on ONE specific product as there are SO many out there and the most famous ones are not always the best. So what I do from time to time is talk about what to look for when you buy certain supplements as this gives you real power and knowledge to walk into any store and to be able to look at the label and to know if it’s a good product or not . I did this with protein powders a few weeks ago. You can see that article on my site.

Ive been doin them for about a year, it added decent mass to the top, the extensors and brachioradilius. i know i cant go too heavy on them but i got 15 1/2 inch forearms. jus tryna get them bigger still. thanks sir!

  • @runescapeclassicable Yip you can start with 2kg, but you will need to move up after 2 workouts or so. If you can do more then 20 reps the weight is to low.

  • Your forearm is been trained when you train other muscles. I alawys thought that you shouldn't train your forearm straight away is this true?

  • @curlykid1 Straight away as in FIRST you mean? In that case no. In fact don't train them on days when you will be doing exercises where you will be using them anyway e.g. Your back workout day. Train them on a separate day.
