if you want a good forearm workout just do a few sets of hammer curls of 30 reps then 2 min and if you have to rest hold the weights but dont ever let go then for 2 mins again i swear this is kickass

So what I do from time to time is talk about what to look for when you buy certain supplements as this gives you real power and knowledge to walk into any store and to be able to look at the label and to know if it’s a good product or not . @runescapeclassicable Yip you can start with 2kg, but you will need to move up after 2 workouts or so. If you can do more then 20 reps the weight is to low.
