my linoone attacking moves are extremespeed, seed bomb, and shadow claw(for ghost)

Shadow claw is only useful for a few pokemon, since there aren't so many ghosts in UU and below that resist grass. Return OHKOs many pokemon that extremespeed doesn't. Shadow claw is only useful for two pokemon, drifblim and dusclops.
