LPG contains 18 percent hydrogen and buns twice as fast as gasoline and 4 times faster than diesel. The true octane rating is 104.5 R + M and burns so clean that the engine lasts 2 or 3 times longer than running on gasoline. I have driven over 1 million miles on LPG in commercial vehicles since 1982. In both Canada & USA, the FEDS give huge tax deductions for converting over to LPG.The best system will leave the gasoline system in place. This is called a BI-FUEL or DUAL FUEL system. .
Now it is known that LPG destroy valves, and now they are mixing one component more for the valve lubrication.
