@Crossroadsinc I am not a fan of overtly Retarded gross over exaggeration. I have given many another anime chances as well less exaggerated than this mind you and still hated them. I am sick of the cookie cutter trend setter anime. on the other hand neither am i in to fiction that tries to do everything they can to be realistic as possible, realistic fiction is just as retarded as gross exaggeration.

i think u need to take this into consideration here, its not trying to be some tendsetter show, its a show that doesnt take itself seriously while at the same time taking itself seriously if tht makes sense, there is a reason every single person who has seen the show has never disliked it, it also has great original voiceacting and great english dubbing, as a person who has been watching anime for yrs, this for some reason is one of the best animes ever to me

We haven't studied deeply enough in our universe for us to set boundries to possibilities achievable. Just because something hasn't been done, doesn't mean it can't be done. People in centuries that predecessed our generation believed space travel is impossible. Look at us now! Centuries after ours, humanity may advance to the state in which TTGL takes place.

This isn't just boastful manliness speaking. This is a well-thought-out analyhsis of the power and potential of the human spirit. To believe in impossibility is highly illogical. Chouginga Dai-Gurren is the one that is as large as the moon. Chouginga Gurren Lagann is much larger than the moon, shown when those Ashtangas are throwing planets/pebbles against it.

@gipro1 Plus the universe was all being sucked into a single point by their spiral energy. The drills alone would have contained much more mass than the observed universe, but we have no idea how far the universe extends before you ran into the last matter, so it could be a great deal larger than we guess.
