i dont think that daphne will be dead but the writers will keep us in the dark about that , also its kinda a fuel for matts vengence. the speach from peter near the end was sooooo good! i cant wait to see the three way fight that ensues between peter and the rebels team , nathan and his mad squad and the sylar duo. maybe sylar and luke will team up with peter and his lot to fight nathan? that would make an awesome fight! also who does everyone think the text clair got was from?

He left he because she was untrustworthy, she was actually listning to nathan and powerd down. Peter can control what power he takes. The only reason he touched Tracy on the Plane is because he thought she was niki and he would have got Super Strength.

According to a spoiler I have read Daphne is not dead, but being held captive at Building 26 (The place Nathan was while he was on the phone) and Matt and Peter will rescuse her soon. I don't know about Peter's ability, maybe he will work on it like he did his original. And again according to spoilers Hiro is not going to get his ability back for a long time because they don't want to use time travel and possible futures as a crutch.
