Try this one: A B C D Eb F# G do some bends and slides between the notes to make it sound more "middle eastern", he uses the same scale in G in a part of the piece, but have in mind this notes are just an approximate to what he is playing. have a nice day
Also, Middle Eastern Music has a monophonic texture; and behaviours of each scale (which we call makam) is different than any other. Please learn some, you'll see what I mean.

This is not how things work in Turkish-Greek-Syrian-Armenian-... music. Go and learn, then give advices.
They're not the same notes. if you knew Eastern music you couldn't say this. There are nine intervals in an whole note which we call each as koma. And a flat is 4 komas down and a sharp is 4 komas up. And there are some more accidentals besides usual flat and sharp of course. So please... Look, am I teaching Columbian music online?
Might there be a different spelling for "koma" in the english language? i'm very interested in eastern theory but i can't find anything on koma intervals on the web

Don't just bend randomly. Learn the tuning & scale properly, learn which notes can be sharpened or flattened.
