girl u can eat at night it does not make u gain weight just the thing people dont know is that u cant go to sleep 1hour and half after eating heavy meal because if u eat a heavy meal and go to sleep ur metabolism drops down to 0... =) so u can eat but dont go to sleep right after your meal i hope this tip helps you because it helped me.

U GUYS!!!!!!! That phentermine is dangerous it can cause heart attacks,strokes, nerve damage, ect. Believe me i kno!!!! I ended up in the ER after taking those things,but anyway....They only work temporary and after being off of them 4 a while u WILL gain all the weight back.

Do you take the lipofemme once or twice a day? If it's twice, what times do you take it? I've been doing it for about a week now and like it, but seems like I need it 2x per day? but don't want to mess up my sleep at night..Thanks..!

be carefull!! Acai is a scam, they'll charge your card for 3 months for like $90 every month if you don't cancel!! fine a number online to call and cancel if you can...

if u could walk 5 miles a day 5 days a week that will help with the weight lost. i going to my doc next week an start my phentermine an celexa. i have 80 pounds to lost an what funny a year ago i was half way there. so good luck on losing im going to do a video on my weight lost too .

ture about the phentermine they really works. when i was on them a year ago i lost 40 pounds and did not exercise at all and lost that much weight. the reason why u have stop losing weight your body got immune the the phentermine. when i was on them my doc gave me celexa so i would get immune to them so i could stay on them longer. the celexa blance it out somehow. if u can drink at least 60 to 70 ounces of water, water really helps weight lose. also a great way to help lose more weight
