F GM! Their not stupid. Cheap parts, cheap cars. They were bailed out with our money! I have a GM car now. Its the biggest piece of crap i ever owned! So long gm!

Why in gods name are we giving all this money to company's? All these people with huge amounts of money are bitching that Obama is giving money to the poor and thus making the USA socalistic. At the same time sticking their hands out asking for money. What the hell is going on? If you're a failing company then fail. Someone else will see an opening and do it better than you did. That's capitalism. Not all this taking money from people and handing it to billionaires in auto company's.

I agree with him. The Big 3 should not have been bailed out. In a reality business, if can't be profitable, you have to adapt or die. If the Big 3 can't do well during good economic times, what makes us think they'll do well in bad times? $75 / hour for just highschool educated production workers and millions as a bonus to the executives. No wonder they're not making money. And yes Japanese, Korean, and German vehicles are hands down way better in quality.

the business model is not viable

they use to make cheap cars for a reasonable price but now because of all the debts racked up they can barely scrap together a car and they have a gall to sell it at 40k$

if They can not sell cars to Americans that are cheap and dont use gas CLOSE THEM DOWN

You need a dose of reality. GM has made huge gains in quality, but you're still blinded by statistics from years ago. Autoworkers don't make $75 a hour. Even with overtime and benefits, they don't come close to your figures. Your info is inaccurate. The Asain and Euro mnufacturers are hurting and have requested aid from their nations, and I'm SURE they'll get it. Why not the Big 3? Are you that anti American that you're rooting for them to fail? Wake up & Buy American or you'll wish you had.

GM won three segments for Initial Quality with JD Power and Assoc. In a fourth segment they finished third. Get your info right...then talk.
