  • very nice video... and your puzzle you too...

  • How god you do that? A lot of pieces are all time IN THE BOX!!! Why use this way? This do not make more difficult?

  • @RodrigoZanattasilva I do not know why I keep all the pieces in the box. I have done it like this for the last three times I have done the puzzle. When i put my hands in the box and move the pieces around I have certain pieces I am looking for and only those stand out, all the rest are completely invisible. It is hard to explain, but it works for me :)

  • I counted 63 changes of clothes.... wonder if that gives us a clue as to how long it took her.

  • So who is the random guy in the car that appears during the 5 second mark. He appears so quickly that at normal speed you cannot even see him; it appears as a glitch in the video. But when slowed down, there he is.

  • @jmw4004 Haha - surprised someone saw that. Well, I was in the car, when my brother was trying to teach me how to work the GoPro camera, so the camera ended up taking a picture. We decided to keep the image in the video instead of deleting it, didn't really think anyone would notice. Good catch!

  • thats crazy, and impressive since it took my family like a month to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. lol

  • Ummmmmmmmmmmmm, yeah, :( Wish i had the patience to do that...

  • Can you imagine getting to the end and realizing you're missing a piece? :-O haha

  • @chipotlemonkey I would start convulsing uncontrollably lol, that's like the worst thing that could happen. Great comment!!

  • @chipotlemonkey I have done the puzzle three previous times and in all those times I have lost a few pieces, luckily all I have to do is fill out a form with the piece I need and the company sends me the piece. But this time, I did not lose any pieces!

  • I was thinking that too lol

  • woot! Good job! That is patience and hard work for ya!

  • @Keallei Thanks!!

  • what do you do with the puzzle after? seems too large to move or frame anywhere

  • @alexbui Since this was my 4th time completing it, I created a project called Every Piece Counts. My mission was to raise $24,000 for Autism Speaks while completing the World's Largest Jigsaw Puzzle (24,000 pieces). To this day, I have raised a little over $6,000 for Autism. My plan was to find a hospital, school, or some other building where the puzzle could be on display and enjoyed by many, but we still have not been able to find a home for the puzzle yet. But I hope we'll find one soon!

  • i'm just wondering... how long did this take. congratulations Kaitlin! i admire your patience. :)

  • @crazyovergreen It took about 150 hours to complete the puzzle! And it does take a lot of patience but I really enjoy it. Thanks!

  • Nicely done. Lots of dedication, both of puzzler as well as support crew who provided a very nice room in which to do it as well as a professional bit of documentation. Here's to reaching your goal!

  • @4Shadowz Thank you!

  • That wouldv'e sucked if she lost a piece...

  • you could have really made things crazy and rearranged the furniture everday

  • @flanflan210 Haha - that would have been funny. I think it is really funny how my tea cup is always moving around the table, it is always somewhere different :)

  • Thumbs up if Yahoo! News sent you here

  • parents must be so proud

  • Very cool. It's been taking my dad and I nearly 2 years and we haven't even got half way done. But recently we are making more progress. Check out my videos if you'd like. Great video!

  • Amazing! Congratulations! It's for a good cause. Every piece really counts!! Here in Brazil, we started our World Largest Puzzle in 31/07/2011.

  • Amazing. And she didn't even do the border first!!!! Every piece DOES count. Thank you for sharing.
