A citizen and a Natural Born Citizen are two very different things. Even if Obama was born in Hawaii, and I seriously doubt he was, he is NOT a Natural Born Citizen of the United States.

The 14th Amendment is correct as you posted above, but Code 8 fills in the gap left by it. Section 1401 defines, among other things, "a citizen of the United States at birth as (one of the many ways), Anyone born inside the United States.

The 14th Amendment also says that persons naturalized in the United States are citizens too. Can a naturalized citizen become President? NO they cannot. Were the first eight Presidents natural born citizens? No, but, they were citizens at the time the Constitution was adopted, so THEY were eligible. Obama was not a citizen when the Constitution was adopted.

It's not illegal in Indonesia to convert you faith. I have an aunt who convert her faith from Islam to Christian since she married with a Christian man, and a brother in-law who convert from Catholic to Islam. Even so, it is illegal in Indonesia to be atheist or not having any religion at all

Such a person would by nature, by law, by soil and blood, be only subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Obama's father was a British subject, so even if he was born in Hawaii, he is a dual citizen of both the United States and the United Kingdom. In other words he owes allegiance to more than one nation. Such a person is not legally eligible to be President or Commander in Chief.

The 14th Amendment is correct as you posted above, but Code 8 fills in the gap left by it. Section 1401 defines, among other things, "a citizen of the United States at birth as (one of the many ways), Anyone born inside the United States.

The 14th Amendment also says that persons naturalized in the United States are citizens too. Can a naturalized citizen become President? NO they cannot. Were the first eight Presidents natural born citizens? No, but, they were citizens at the time the Constitution was adopted, so THEY were eligible. Obama was not a citizen when the Constitution was adopted.

Meaning, that among the millions of other Americans that have done the same thing, Obama was born in the U.S. and subsequently moved to another country, Indonesia. Parents can't renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of a minor, therefore, he was and is still a natural born citizen and the legitimate President of the U.S.A. whether you like it or not.

He chose to be obedient because he knew that God had already fullfilled his promise that he would have Issac so he also knew that God would fullfill his promise that he would be the Father of many nations which was promised thru Issac not Ishmael. I'm not muslim. I still think the muslim call to prayer is beautiful because its directed at God. Our one true God. Idk how yalls history is but....Jews Christians and Muslims believe in the same God. The only difference is Jews and Muslims think Jesus was only a prophet. Also the Jews and Muslims differ over which of Abraham's two sons were sacrificed*; Isaac, or Ishmael. Which ever son it was, God gave to him and his sons and daughters and theirs, the holy land. This is why they fight.

@patattaturtle, Abraham had 8 sons and he did not sacrifice any of them. The only heir he had from his first and only wife was Issac to whom he gave all his property, while he was still living. The other sons being derived through concubines were given gifts and sent away.

I'm sure if there were not such a stigma attached to being a Muslim (i.e ignorantly calling Muslims "terrorists") he would be more open to divulging details about his past. This was a Catholic School, so by listing his religion as Muslim, Obama's parents were telling the school he was not to be taught about Christianity, or they could face prosecution under Indonesian Law.

When we look for documents, that is called research. If you had done a little research, you could have easily found both of these forms, but, you didn't think of looking, did you?
