can you connect the etherwave plus theremin with your pc (usb) and play it with for example reason or cubase? that would be great. i mean, you could load up sounds in reason or cubase and then play it with the theremin. is that possible?

You could probably get a CV (control Voltage) to MIDI converter and then hook that up to Reason or Cubase.

I'm not sure how many CV outputs the Etherwave Theremin has (whether it's one for volume and one for pitch) but it's worth a look at.

Is the moog guitar required to work with the Etherwave® Plus or will a normal one (ibanez prestige) do it ? Or do i have to .... pimp my guitar ? :o)

You can run your guitar through some Moogerfoogers, control them with the Etherwave Plus and do some very similar things. The Moog Guitar's infinite sustain and onboard filter make it particularly convenient.
