@MrCgc88 hey man, after installing the patch you need to right click the .exe. click on properties, then compatibility, switch the compatibility to "Windows 98/2000" and apply. it will work then.

@viavenator in the begining when you got download and it have Install have worked for you?? if yes then it shold be come a Program that name is _unpak you must to clik on it so that can come something black thing and it will go up like from 1% to 100% when it have then just whait when it say close it then close it or you must download the file again
