Great song! One of my favorites from Blackout. Love the fluid, killer guitar solo. Matthias is under-rated, and Blackout was his best talent showcase. One of the greatest rock albums of all time.

Love the way MJ pulls the notes out of each musical landscape. He always hits some cool passages.

Funny, in the second verse set I think Klaus cuts Matt's solo short-but then Mathias starts the chorus too soon. Great tune with an ethereal solo but some serious complacency here for the normally tight and energetic Scorpions. Although I did see Rudolph flub a couple songs in Mad, WI on the Savage Amusement tour--many moons ago. Love this band's music despite their sometimes show of arrogance. Oh well, I guess the spoils to go to the...

@Shewolfen I just read an interview with Matthias, where he stated that this song was written as a result of the concert there in '85, when they had a few extra days to linger there. And linger they did......partying with a group of girls for days. Back in their partying days :)

Great to see them play this, even if it's only because they're in Arizona. I remember buying the Blackout cassette in '82 when I was 14, this song caught my fancy. I would walk around the neighborhood blasting it on my boom box. I love the opening riff and Matthias' lead breaks throughout.

As an Arizona native I have always loved this track. When I had to relocate to the Southeast US in the late 80's I tried numerous times to get local radio to play this and they just laughed at me. I couldn't even get it played on late night. Oh well .... their loss because this will always be one of my favorite Scorps songs.

Love this song. Its a clinic in guitar fills on the album. The whole album Jabs was so tasty in those solos/fills. Blackout was just one of their ass stompers.

I love the Scorps too but this is a typical example of what happens when you do not rehearse your set list. Mathias missed most of the little lead noodles in betwwen the song and some of the solos also Klaus kept messing up the words confusing the chorus and the verses not mention he missed his cue in the very begining of the song still 3 stars for the effort!

The first solo is cut short @1:54 Mathias is trying to continue but the rest of the band goes on to the next verse. @ 2:09 sound like mathias get a little lost playing the next part of the song while the band plays something else. Too bad, the scorps were one of my favorite band of the 80's. But overall this still sounded good overall. still amazing vox!
