I tie my hijab back and knot it over the back part so when I bend over it does not come up. It is very easy to workout with hijab. Most people THINK it's more difficult than it actually is.
very nice vid and thanks for posting it,it really helps just a little question about the video i like the effects on it.. what program you use to make it? i would i apreciate it thanks again
If you are just starting out you should add this exercise into a full body routine once a week. start with 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Do it at a level that allows you to get all 3 sets in.
You are not used to it? warm up and strech before you do it. Also running will make your legs lean and shapely and you will lose a lot of bodyfat if you eat correctly too.
In many ways, covering the body protects it from the heat of direct sunlight. Notice that the traditional dress in many desert climates consists of loose, flowing robes. In loose clothing, the air around the body flows freely and cools more readily. The choice of fabric covering the body is more important than the square inches/centimeters exposed or covered. And when people have been wearing this type of clothing for many years, the body get used to it.
This is a great exercise for the triceps but I was constantly concerned about the chair and having it slip out from you.. It just didn't look stable..
To daveshow2.. The main reason for exercise should be for health benefits not the superficial of what you want to look like for a partner.. Do it for yourself.. btw, your partner can see your body during sex.. duh!
Great video. I`m doing the 4 level dips but in a stable ground for my feet with a 20 kg weight on my legs. It`s a great exercise, I really feel how my triceps work.
I really like how the exercise progresses in difficulty. I am going to try each one... how often should I do these exercises to get visible results? I am a male...
You can work your triceps 2 to 3 times a week, on non-consecutive days. The rule always is "if the muscle is sore Don't work it". 3 sets of 10-12 reps or if you are advanced go for 4 sets. If you want to tone stick with 10-12 reps incorporated with your other upper body routine. If you want to build bulk, do a version lightly advanced using 8 reps. Wait 60-90 seconds to give the muscle a rest then do the next set. The 8th rep should be very effortful, FEEL IT when you get to 6.
I like your idea with the stability ball. If you allow me to develop your idea a little bit further, I'm thinking of a "Level 5". It wouldn't be a main dip exercise anymore, but yet a great (impossible?) challenge:
Keep the first ball and replace the chair with a second ball. Just an idea.
