  • This is the real hip hop music I know of. My sister had that record when that song was became big back then, I was only 3 at that time. I remember that song came out after Taanna Gardener's version of Heartbeat. That was the first time I ever heard of Kool Moe Dee before he had a solo rap career. The group got back together in the early 90s to do the update version of Heartbeat, I saw the video numerous times. The song still sounds good. That is real rapping.

  • I remember hip hip before it was recorded on wax. And me and my crew would make tapes and do block parties using this style of rap. It was so amazing to hear it on wax. The Treacherous Three are one of the greatest old school groups of all time.
